Troubleshooting

The short version of the most common issues and their fixes.

“My feed is empty.”

Three likely causes.

  • No sources yet. Add at least one. See the Sources guide.
  • Sources added recently. The first ingest runs within an hour. Give it time.
  • Brand voice is empty. Without a voice prompt the studio can’t draft in anyone’s tone. Define your voice at Settings → Brand voice.

“My post failed to publish.”

Open the post detail — the exact error from Postiz is shown there. The usual suspects: expired platform token (reconnect from Settings → Integrations), rate limit (waits itself out in a few minutes), or a platform we can’t reach until our public HTTPS Postiz domain is live (see the Publishing guide).

“I’m hitting my quota but I haven’t published that much.”

Drafts count toward your post quota at generation, not at approval. Rejected drafts still count. Images count per generation. Check your usage at Settings → Usage — you’ll see exactly what was generated this month. Usage resets on the first of every month.

“Can I change my brand voice later?”

Yes. Settings → Brand voice. Any existing drafts keep their original voice; new drafts use the updated one. If you want to regenerate a specific draft in your new voice, reject it and a fresh draft will be produced.

“How do I delete my account?”

Settings → Account → Delete account. Everything is removed: posts, drafts, sources, brand profiles, team members. Only billing records are retained, and only as long as the law requires.

“My question isn’t here.”
