Getting started

Five steps from signup to your first published post. If you're new to wyn studio, start here.

1. Sign up

Create an account with your email and a password, or continue with Google. Either path drops you straight into the dashboard. Behind the scenes, we create your tenant and a default brand profile so the rest of the app has something to point at.

You start on a 14-day Studio trial automatically — no credit card required. Every feature is unlocked during the trial. See the Billing & plans guide for what happens after.

2. Follow the checklist

The top of your dashboard shows a four-step checklist. Each step auto-completes the moment the corresponding action happens anywhere in the app — you don’t tick anything manually. The card disappears once all four are done, or you can dismiss it at any time with the X.

Tick each step from the dashboard — the card disappears once you're all set.

3. Teach your voice

Drafts are only as good as the voice behind them. Answer a short questionnaire or drop a style-guide PDF to teach the studio how you write. Takes about three minutes.

Full walkthrough in the Brand voice guide.

4. Add a source

The studio drafts from your sources. An RSS feed works well to start — a favorite industry blog, a Substack, a Reddit community exposed as RSS. Paste the URL on the Sources page and we’ll start ingesting within an hour.

More detail in the Content sources guide.

5. Approve and publish

Once drafts land in the feed, swipe right to approve or left to reject. Approved posts either publish immediately or go onto the calendar. Connect a platform once (Bluesky is the fastest) and watch the first real post go out.

See the Approvals and Publishing guides.
